Rent of the whole house (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, garden and Jacuzzi) for 5 people (+ 2 children).

Christmas holidays 2022 – new years day 2023 – prices on request
In the price above are included: electricity, water, gas, towels and linen for bedroom and bathroom, Wi Fi network and final cleanings
It’s escluded the Tourist tax fee of Euro 2€ per person / per day – for a max of 7 days (only adult and children more than 14 yers old).
Optional services not included:
– Heated Jacuzzi: The additional cost for booking the hot tub, from 8.00 to 24.00, is as follows:
€ 35 for the first day + € 15 for each additional day. (the cost will be charged even in case of non-use)
– Additional towels: any request for additional towels will be charged at the cost of 4 € each bath towel 2 € face towel.
– Extra linen change: The complete change of bed linen and towels is provided for free every 7 days. Any extra changes will be charged at the rate of 10 € per person.
– Extra cleaning: The complete cleaning of the rooms is scheduled every 7 days for free. Any extra cleaning will be charged at the rate of 40 €.
